Recommended Breeding Protocol
When breeding, we recommend using the supplement Karbo Combo®. You should begin giving Karbo Combo® to both the Stud and Mare 30 days prior to breeding.
Keep the Mare on Karbo Combo®until the foal is 6 weeks old. Recommended feeding instructions are listed below.
The Objective of Karbo Combo® is to:
- Block the proliferation of susceptible bacteria, viruses and toxins.
- Stimulate the immune response to better handle pathogenic challenges.
- Eliminate, as far as possible, latent infections before the advent of breeding.
- Tie up various deleterious toxins that interfere with the well being of the embryo in the early stages of development
BEFORE BREEDING Suggested Levels of Karbo Combo to be fed to the Equine that are enrolled in the breeding protocol. (Begin 30 days prior to breeding)
